Yayyy! Another exciting recipe is right here! Plantain I believe is loved by many of us. The good thing about plantain is that it can be used in many different ways, it can be boiled, fried, roasted and grilled. The ways you choose to prepare your plantains are up to you but today I bring you a very yummy delicacy in the name of ripe plantain porridge.
Feel free to drop your comments below if you have tried this recipe and if you are yet to do so, you are honestly missing out. Please do not use ripe plantain if you are diabetic or you have a sugar free diet as ripe plantains contain lots of sugar, you may, however, use unripe plantain.
